Two types of isoenzymes of Mn-peroxidase were separated by DEAE-Sepharose CL-6B, SP-Sepharose, anion and cation exchange chromatography on Mono-Q and Mono-S column. Those iso-enzymes were characterized in view point of enzyme kinetics, N-terminal amino acid sequences, and base sequences of the coded genes, etc. 通过DEAE-SepharoseCL-6B,SP-Sepharose和离子交换柱分离纯化,获得2种类型的Mn-过氧化物酶同工酶,并对这2种酶的酶动力学,N-端的氨基酸序列及其编码基因的核酸序列做了研究。
Methods The serum electrolytes of 60 neonates with HIE and blood gas analysis and anion gaps were determined. Triple acid base disturbance ( TABD) was identified by predictable compensatory formula and the characteristics of acid base disturbance were analyzed. 方法测定60例HIE患儿的血气分析、血清电解质,计算阴离子间隙(AG)及应用预计代偿值计算式以判断三重酸碱失衡(TABD),分析酸碱失衡特点。
Anion Response Characteristics of a Mercury-Schiff Base Compound Carrier-Based Electrode 汞希夫碱化合物载体电极的阴离子响应行为研究
The present paper describes a new solvent polymeric membrane anion selective electrode based on Schiff base complexes of Mn(ⅲ) as neutral carriers, which demonstrates excellent selectivity toward the salicylate ion ( Sal~ (-)). 本文报道了基于Mn(Ⅲ)Schiff碱为中心载体的新型溶剂聚合膜离子选择性电极。电极对水杨酸根离子(Sal-)具有优良的电位响应特性并呈现反Hofmeister选择性行为。
Comparing the effect of ferrous N-salicylidene glycine complex on the elimination of superoxide anion with chitosan-ferrous-Schiff base complex ′, it was found that the eliminative effect of the chitosan-ferrous-schiff base complex decreased in a sort, but still remained the stronger ability of eliminating superoxide anion. 结果表明,壳聚糖固定化的N-亚水杨基氨基酸Schiff碱亚铁配合物对超氧离子自由基的清除能力有所降低,但仍具有较强的抑制作用。
